Akane creates interactive ecosystems where consciousness becomes visible through technology. Her installations merge AI, motion, and perception into living systems that listen, respond, and evolve with human presence.
Rooted in Japanese aesthetics and quantum philosophy, her work explores the quiet tension between presence and absence, between what can be seen and what can only be felt. Each installation unfolds as a meditative space where the viewer’s awareness becomes part of the system, transforming perception into a form of digital sentience.
Her ongoing series, including Quantum Consciousness and Field of Conscious Loops, reimagines art as an entangled field of shared intelligence, an experience that exists only when observed. Quantum Consciousness received the Creative AI Award at KXSB HackXcelerator 2025 and was presented at Station F in Paris and the Carrousel du Louvre for the RAISE Summit 2025.
Akane’s works have also been shown at Umspannwerk Kreuzberg in Berlin, art’otel London, and the Japan Expo 2025 in Osaka.
Through her evolving systems, she invites audiences to enter a state of contemplative co creation, a new form of digital consciousness where the viewer’s presence becomes the code that makes the world alive.
